Roles & Responsibilities

JOB OVERVIEW

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage cardiovascular diseases in patients using non-invasive procedures.
Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiac tests, including:
- Echocardiograms
- Stress tests (exercise and pharmacologic)
- Holter monitoring
- Electrocardiograms (ECG/EKG)
- Cardiac CT or MRI (if applicable)
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on test results and clinical assessments.
Provide expert consultation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the care of patients with cardiovascular conditions.
Focus on preventive care and risk management strategies for patients at risk of heart diseases.
Monitor and follow up on patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on cardiovascular health, risk factors, and lifestyle modifications.
Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in cardiology, particularly in non-invasive techniques.
Ensure compliance with medical protocols and maintain detailed patient records.

Requirements:

Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent from an accredited medical school.
Board Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiology.
Experience: Previous experience in non-invasive cardiology is preferred, including expertise in performing and interpreting non-invasive diagnostic tests.
Licensure: Valid medical license to practice cardiology in the relevant jurisdiction.
Skills:
- Proficient in the use of non-invasive diagnostic tools.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient care.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong focus on patient education and preventive cardiology.
