Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend applications using Node.js and NestJS

  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in TypeScript

  • Build and optimize RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services

  • Design and manage PostgreSQL databases (schemas, indexing, tuning)

  • Work with Firebase (authentication, Firestore, cloud functions)

  • Ensure application security, performance, and reliability

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, Product, QA)

  • Write and maintain unit/integration tests

  • Conduct code reviews and maintain best practices

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance



    •  Requirements Required Qualifications

    • 3+ years of backend development with Node.js

    • Strong proficiency in NestJS and TypeScript

    • Experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, performance optimization)

    • Hands-on experience with Firebase services

    • Familiarity with Git workflows (GitHub/GitLab)

    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies

    • Strong understanding of security best practices (OAuth, JWT, encryption)

    Preferred Skills

    • Docker/Kubernetes (containerized deployments)

    • Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)

    • Microservices architecture

    • Agile/Scrum methodologies

    Soft Skills

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

    • Self-motivated with attention to detail

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
