Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Job Responsibilities:
Provide Ongoing monitoring, alerting, technical support, and access authorization.
Respond to incoming calls and e-mails from clients in a manner that adheres to TASC NOC
procedures and processes by creating/follow up Trouble Tickets (TTs) in a timely manner and
dispatch TTs toward the proper departments.
NOC Member will be the 1st contact with landowners, vendors, and emergency service responders
with aid other NOCs or field technicians during third party repairs and service outages.
Require a rotating schedule with off-hours support as NOC working 24/7.
Required Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn specialized system tools.
Skilled at completing tickets for maintenance purposes.
Knowledge of wireless communications and power system a plus.
Detailed oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a NOC, Technical Support environment.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in relevant field such as information technology, computer Engineering, Telecommunication.
Skills & Competencies:
Fluency (both oral and written) in both English and Arabic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong Communications skills are required.
Excellent analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
