Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and modernize Next-Generation OSS/NMS architectures aligned with TM Forum, NGOSS, and ZSM frameworks.
  • Provide expert guidance to executive management on telco digital transformation, automation, and AIOps initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless integration of OSS, NMS, and SDN/NFV systems for unified visibility and orchestration.
  • Develop architectural blueprints and technology roadmaps to achieve service automation and zero-touch operations.
  • Drive adoption of AI/ML-driven, event-based network assurance and predictive maintenance capabilities.
  • Collaborate across teams and vendors to implement end-to-end service orchestration and automation solutions.
  • Build internal OSS competency by mentoring teams, enabling knowledge transfer, and establishing standards.
  • Provide reports, recommendations, and insights to senior management on technology strategy and performance.
  • Develop and measure KPIs ensuring OSS/NMS solutions align with business strategy, TMF ODA goals, and operational efficiency.
  • Achieve measurable KPIs such as architecture compliance rate, integration success metrics, automation coverage, and stakeholder satisfaction scores.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in OSS design, architecture, and integration within telecom environments.
  • Deep understanding and practical expertise in TM Forum frameworks including eTOM, SID, TAM, and ODA.
  • Proven experience with Next-Generation OSS (NG-OSS), NMS systems, and OSS-to-NMS multi-vendor integrations.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML-driven automation, intent-based networking, and event-driven architectures.
  • Familiarity with API-based OSS modernization, service assurance, and orchestration systems integration.
  • Language preference: English proficiency (spoken and written); Arabic is an added advantage.
