Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Monitor security infrastructure performance to ensure system availability and reliability.
• Configure, support, and maintain firewalls, anti-virus, proxy servers, and intrusion detection systems in accordance with best practices.
• Provide first- and second-level support for network security systems.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot VPN solutions (SSL and IPSec).
• Configure and maintain Network Access Control (NAC) solutions.
• Monitor and analyze network activity for security incidents, breaches, and vulnerabilities.
• Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and security patching (service packs, patches, hotfixes, security configurations).
• Maintain and update network security documentation, including configurations, processes, and incident logs.
• Collaborate with IT and third-party providers to ensure robust security posture across all systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Security, or related field.
• 5 8 years of hands-on experience in network security engineering.
• Strong understanding of network security systems and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with Bluecoat Proxy.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols and VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL, DMVPN, etc.).
• Experience with NAC solutions (configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting).
• Knowledge of intrusion detection/prevention systems and enterprise security tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
