Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Network Engineer is responsible in implementing security measures such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems to protect data and systems.
  • Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure minimal downtime and high availability.
  • Diagnose and fix network problems promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Plan and implement disaster recovery strategies for network systems. Continuously learn and adopt new networking technologies and best practices.
  • Experience of LAN and WAN technologies with a detailed understanding of network and systems integration.
  • Experienced with network technologies including, but not limited to switching, access control, voice, and wireless.
  • Working knowledge of L2VPN and L3VPN with virtualization experience.
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of latest network technologies such as SDN, SD-WAN
  • Solid hands-on, understanding network protocols including, but not limited to STP, 802.1x, DNS, SIP, SCCP and OSI Model.
  • Solid understanding of network design principles.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of Information Technologies (IT), Communications.
  • Must have valid CCIE enterprise Infrastructure certification.
  • 10 + years of experience in Network Administration.
  • Knowledge of various routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, ISIS) in a mixed environment.
  • Experience designing and deploying high-performance, low-latency networks.
