Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Network Infrastructure Management Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks. Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, ensuring minimal downtime. Implement network security solutions, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access controls. Cloud Services Administration Deploy and manage cloud environments on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Implement cloud security, backup, and disaster recovery solutions. Optimize cloud costs and performance through monitoring and automation. RFID Integration (Preferred) Support deployment and maintenance of RFID-based asset tracking or inventory systems. Collaborate with software teams to integrate RFID data into enterprise applications. Automation & Scripting Develop scripts (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for network/cloud automation. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate technical documentation. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (ISO, GDPR, etc.).

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of experience in network engineering and cloud solutions.

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).

Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Proficiency in network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, etc.).

Familiarity with RFID technologies and protocols (EPC, UHF RFID) is a plus.

Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles for networks and cloud.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications Networking Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CCNP CompTIA Network+ Cloud Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Solutions Architect Expert Google Cloud Professional Cloud Engineer Security Certifications (Advantageous): CompTIA Security+ Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Soft Skills Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting ability. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
