Network Administrator

Our client is extending its capabilities to include project and technical support for investment banking clients, initially in Saudi Arabia but potentially also in other Gulf countries. They are recruiting for a System Administrator to join their team.


Specific Requirements:

Manage and maintain Linux Servers. RHEL is a must and knowledge of other distros is a plus.

Manage and maintain Windows Servers.

Manage various on-premises applications. Set up accounts and workstations.

Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements. Troubleshoot issues and outages.

Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.

Upgrade systems with new releases and models.

Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.

Write wikis, technical documents, and manuals for all applied procedures.

Manage and maintain backups.

Knowledge in containerization like Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift.

Knowledge in networking (LAN, WAN).

Ability to create scripts in bash; knowledge of other languages is a plus (Python, Go).

General Requirements:

Willing to travel as much as required and to relocate abroad (KSA, Gulf, others).

Bachelor s degree in information technology, computer science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field.

Proven knowledge in cybersecurity best practices for network and system administration.

Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to document and explain technical details clearly and concisely.
