Multidisciplinary Designer Graphic e.construct

Responsibilities
• Produce a range of web and print projects including pitches, brochures, advertisements, invitations, email banners, and web graphics.
• Ideate and develop illustrations to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate.
• Develop branding visual assets, logo, typography, colour pallets, and brand application.
• Implement and maintain a high standard of design, format, and production, while adhering to brand standards.
• Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
• Provide design solutions with the ability to backup design decisions.



Designer skills
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles, including typography knowledge.
• Creativity and originality, fluency of ideas.
• Pre-press and production experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Ability to listen well and accept constructive input from team members and managers.
• Ability to present design concepts and articulate ideas on how design can be improved.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate and work with a team.
• Self-directed, adaptable, and flexible.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills to convey your work.
• Some experience working with video (nice to have)
