Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, AC, mechanical, and plumbing systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and HVAC issues efficiently
  • Assist with construction-related works including carpentry, masonry, and painting
  • Conduct inspections to identify and resolve facility issues promptly
  • Maintain safety standards and proper documentation of work performed
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues effectively to reduce downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory to support operational efficiency.
  • Implement and follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Conduct inspections and assessments of equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute repair projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring it meets operational specifications.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Immediate availability to join the team
  • Proven knowledge and experience in MEP works (electrical, AC repair, basic mechanical, plumbing)
  • Basic understanding of construction works such as carpentry, masonry, and painting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a multi-technical role within manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Be flexible in working hours, including availability for emergency repairs and on-call duties as required.
  • Possess physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks in challenging environments, including lifting heavy equipment.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to diagnosing and resolving issues.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints to facilitate precise repairs.
  • Hold relevant certifications such as HVAC, electrical, or mechanical certifications to validate technical expertise.
  • Valid relevant technical certifications preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license (Qatar)
