Job Summary

The Multi Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of systems and equipment across the facility. This includes electrical, mechanical, plumbing and general building maintenance. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a broad technical skill set to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across multiple systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on:
• Electrical systems (e.g., lighting, circuit breakers)
• Plumbing systems (e.g., leaks, blockages)
• Mechanical systems (e.g., motors, pumps)
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and be available for on-call duties.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments and technicians to resolve complex issues.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.
