We are seeking a forward-thinking Managed Cybersecurity Services (MSS) Innovation Engineer to lead the evolution of our MSS operations and create more value for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying gaps in operations, finding ways to incorporate cutting-edge technologies, and driving continuous improvement in Cyberani s Managed Security Services (MSS). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the latest threats, monitoring, analysis, detection, response, and prevention techniques, as well as experience in researching and developing innovative solutions through Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Proof of Value (POVs).

• Perform Gap Analysis

• Analyze existing MSS operations, processes, and technologies to identify gaps and areas for improvement.

• MSS Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence

• Develop strategies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of MSS operations.
• Identify issues and inefficiencies in MSS processes and workflows.
• Develop solutions to address operational challenges and enhance service delivery.

• Technology Research and Adoption

• Identify and evaluate cutting-edge technologies, including AI-driven solutions, modules, and tools, for integration into MSS operations.
• Research new ideas and concepts to improve threat detection, analysis, response, and prevention.

• POC and POV Development

• Design and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Proof of Value (POVs) for new technologies and operational improvements.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

• MSS Innovation Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and guide MSS Innovation Team in innovation and operational initiatives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.
• Coordinate team efforts to ensure the successful implementation of projects and solutions.
• Act as the primary leader in aligning team goals with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor s degree, or higher, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, including hands-on experience in monitoring, detection, response, and prevention techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Leadership skills, with ability to guide and mentor teams effectively.
• Familiarity with managed security service providers (MSSPs), or similar multi-tenant environments, and their operational workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of developing, programming, and implementing innovative solutions in cybersecurity operations.
• Strong knowledge of current cyber threats, attack techniques, and tools for analysis, detection, response, and prevention.
• Experience conducting gap analysis and improving operational processes.
• Ability to research, evaluate, and incorporate new technologies effectively.

Preferred

• Certifications in cybersecurity, such as Blue Team (e.g., GCFA, GREM, GCTI) and Red Team (e.g., OSCP, GPEN).
• Experience with AI-driven solutions and technologies in cybersecurity operations.
