Redfish Solutions Ltd is proud to be working with a globally renowned consultancy to recruit a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) for a key position based in Saudi Arabia. As an MRICS-accredited professional, you will bring expert-level cost management knowledge, contract administration skills (including FIDIC), and the ability to lead commercial aspects of large-scale projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of pre- and post-contract cost and commercial functions for major developments
• Prepare cost plans, BOQs, tender documentation, and procurement strategies
• Administer contracts (primarily FIDIC) and manage change control, variations, and claims
• Ensure cost and value reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with client KPIs
• Conduct value engineering exercises and contribute to risk mitigation strategies
• Interface with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary consultants to drive successful outcomes
• Mentor junior team members and promote MRICS and international best practice within the team

Qualifications & Experience:

• MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) mandatory
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 7 10 years of professional experience, ideally within a consultancy environment
• Strong background in post-contract commercial delivery
• Proven experience on major projects in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region
• In-depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts and cost management tools (e.g., CostX, Excel)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and client-facing role
