Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform precise winding of motor coils, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards for optimal performance.
- Diagnose electrical faults in motors and generators, utilizing specialized testing equipment to identify issues swiftly.
- Disassemble and reassemble electric motors, maintaining a meticulous approach to avoid damage and ensure integrity.
- Select appropriate wire gauge and insulation materials based on the motor type and intended application, guaranteeing durability.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred for a solid foundation.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in motor rewinding or repair, demonstrating a strong history of successful projects.
Proven expertise in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints for accurate motor assembly.
Familiarity with insulation resistance testing and other diagnostic tools essential for identifying motor faults.
