Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content from pre-recorded footage for real estate promotions, events, and client communications
  • Add music, transitions, branding elements, subtitles, and basic effects to create clean and professional outputs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and deliver engaging visuals that align with the brand identity
  • Ensure all videos are optimized for various platforms, including social media, presentations, and websites
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time
  • Maintain an organized library of project files, templates, and video assets
  • Apply basic motion elements when needed, such as text overlays or logo animations
  • Stay updated on best practices and trends in video editing, especially in the real estate and marketing field

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree
  • 2 4 years of proven experience as a Video Editor
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is required
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop (basic After Effects is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail, sense of timing, and visual storytelling
  • Ability to work with brand guidelines and follow creative briefs
  • Familiarity with different video formats and platform-specific requirements
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
