We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Artist / Multimedia Designer to join our Performance Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to translate marketing objectives into visually appealing designs. This role involves designing banners for Google and social ads and producing animated videos for various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce a wide range of creative banners, animation and motion content for social media ads and Google Ads campaigns.

Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms and meet quality standards.

Create engaging animated videos for Google and social ads.

Maintain high-quality standards for all animations and visual content.

Work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing and other team members to develop creative concepts.

Provide design support for various marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Bring fresh and innovative ideas to enhance our marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer, needs to have 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative designs and animated videos.

Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premier (advanced), After Effects and Final Cut Pro.

Experience in creating banners and animated videos for digital ads.

Provide art direction, brand stewardship, and hands-on design and animation for projects.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
