Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital platforms, including social media, web, and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to conceptualize and execute engaging visual content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and style frames for video projects and promotional campaigns.
- Edit and enhance video footage with animated graphics, transitions, and effects to create polished final products.
- Maintain consistency in visual style and messaging across all motion graphics deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in motion design and animation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
- Optimize motion graphics for various platforms and devices to ensure high-quality playback and user experience.
- Work closely with copywriters and other designers to integrate motion graphics seamlessly with other creative assets.
- Provide creative input and feedback during brainstorming sessions to elevate the overall visual impact of campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or in a similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics, animation, and video editing projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience with 2D and 3D animation techniques and software.
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with optimizing motion graphics for web and mobile platforms.
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving project requirements.
