Job Description

Our company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mobile Application Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. This role involves providing technical assistance and support to users facing issues with our mobile applications. As the intermediary between our development team and the end-users, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth functionality and an excellent user experience. Your key objective will be to troubleshoot issues, ensure system integrity, and collaborate with various departments to enhance application performance. Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to mobile app users.
  • Monitor application performance for efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Assist in testing and deployment of new app updates and features.

  • Collaborate with the development team to enhance application functionality.
  • Offer solutions to repetitive problems and work to improve user experience.

  • Conduct training sessions for users regarding app functionalities and updates.
  • Ensure data privacy and application security compliance in line with regulations.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher technical support for quick resolution.
  • Prepare detailed reports on application support activities and performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in mobile applications.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in mobile application support or similar role.
  • Proficiency in both iOS and Android operating systems and their functionalities.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
  • Experience with application monitoring tools and customer support software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
