Key Responsibilities

In this role, you ll:

• Lead and mentor a team of translators and interpreters, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  

• Assign and coordinate translation and interpretation projects, managing resources efficiently.
  

• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to uphold accuracy and consistency.
  

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  

• Oversee administrative functions, such as scheduling, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  

Qualifications for Success

• U.S. Citizenship.
  

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
  

• 3+ years of experience managing teams.
  

• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  

• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  

• High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  

• Experience in medical clinic management or a strong background in healthcare operations (preferred)
  

• Secret or higher security clearance (preferred).
