• 3-4 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Proven experience working in remote or distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
