Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Administrator is responsible to bridge business needs with the technical capabilities of the ERP system. He/She should analyze business processes, gather requirements, configure the system, and provide training to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing use of the software.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Microsoft administrator for the company.
- Strong understanding for business needs and ability to convert them into technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and configure Dynamics 365 solutions, including customizations and updates.
- Lead Data Management and integration of dynamics 365 with other systems.
- Responsible for troubleshooting issues that arise and ensure the system runs smoothly.
- Perform diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize ERP software performance.
- Provide technical support and training ERP-end users.
- Maintain the ERP software security system and backups and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Generate reports and insights from ERP software for checking and data accuracy.
- Stay current on Microsoft 365 changes, updates, and new releases and keep the company informed on forthcoming changes.
- Ensure compliance with license agreements and provide input to contracts for the Company s Microsoft Enterprise Agreement and other Microsoft applications.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technologies or any relevant technical field.
- At least five years experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics365 ERP system.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 including specific modules like Finance, Supply chain, Operations and Human resources.
- Experience with development tools like SQL server.
- Strong Analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
