Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on material handling equipment including forklifts
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues and carry out corrective actions
- Use diagnostic tools to identify faults and verify equipment performance
- Maintain accurate records for parts usage, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Monitor equipment condition and recommend preventive maintenance actions
- Ensure all work complies with safety procedures and operational standards
- Support warehouse operations by minimizing equipment downtime
Skills Set
- MHE and forklift maintenance and repair
- Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting
- Diagnostic tools operation
- Preventive maintenance planning
- Parts inventory recording and documentation
- Safety awareness and compliance
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma qualification or equivalent technical certification
Minimum 3 years of experience in MHE or forklift repairs and related equipment
Basic computer proficiency to operate diagnostic tools and maintain parts inventory records
Practical knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic leaks, and electrical troubleshooting
Physically fit and able to work in workshop and warehouse environments
Decent communication skills for coordination with operations teams
