Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To merchandise the company products to our current/ assigned and potential customer.
  • Addressing customer issues and communicating the information in a timely manner to their immediate manager.
  • Projection of image of the company to its customers.
  • Implementation of Product planogram designed by the company.
  • Implementation of promotions in the Gondola in line with the planogram designed by the company.
  • Maintain communication with team members.
  • Ensure company products are handled with care and stock rotation is adhered too.
  • To implement company visibility plan.
  • Establish excellent rapport with customers.
  • Report competitor activities in the marketplace.
  • Ensure sales route is followed diligently.
  • Maintain vehicle in proper condition.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years into Merchandising.
  • Minimum 3 years UAE market experience is essential.
  • Current UAE Driving License.
  • English/ Arabic – knowledge
