Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Basic understanding of merchandising standards and retail setup.
  • Teamwork, communication, discipline, and punctuality.
  • Handle minor display issues or lack of shelf space.
  • Communicate stock shortages to sales reps or team leaders.
  • Adapt display setup in small or non-standard stores.
  • Arrange products on shelves according to planograms and display guidelines.
  • Refill shelves and always ensure product availability.
  • Install promotional materials (e.g., wobblers, price tags, displays).
  • Report out-of-stock items, competitor activities, and market observations.
  • Assist with product rotation to ensure First In, First Out (FIFO).
  • Support in-store promotional events and launches.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-compliant shelf space.
  • Submit daily reports and photos via mobile apps or assigned tools

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1 2 years of field merchandising experience (or fresh graduates with high learning ability).

Work Conditions:

Working Hours: Full-time, Flexible based on visit plan.

Location: Remotely

Travel Requirements:

  • Regular travel within designated territory; occasional travel outside area upon request.

Work Environment:

  • Field-based across assigned stores in designated areas.
  • Working hours: Vary depending on route and store hours (typically 6 days/week).
  • Requires travel within a specific region.

  • Field execution tools / merchandising apps
  • Field reporting app or simple forms (as per company process)
