Key Responsibilities:

MEP Systems Supervision:

• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.

Team & Contractor Management:

• Lead and supervise MEP technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers for seamless execution.
• Resolve on-site technical issues promptly.

Design & Technical Review:

• Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and shop drawings for accuracy.
• Suggest value engineering solutions to optimize costs & efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to Saudi Building Codes (SBC) and international standards.

Software & Tools Expertise:

• Must know: AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, HAP, ETAP, Dialux, or similar.
• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera for scheduling.
• Strong understanding of BIM coordination.

Safety & Compliance:

• Enforce strict safety protocols (OSHA/Saudi OHS standards).
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare daily progress reports, inspection logs, and snag lists.
• Maintain as-built drawings and project handover documents.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of MEP supervision experience in construction projects.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, firefighting, and plumbing.
Familiarity with Saudi Aramco, SEC, or MARAFIQ standards (preferred).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
