Roles & Responsibilities

ZENIX Technical Services LLC (Dubai) is looking for a motivated MEP Supervisor with experience in Electrical works, Painting works, Plumbing works, HVAC works, Flooring works and Roofing works.

  • Collaborate closely with project managers and client to develop project timelines and coordinate MEP activities effectively.

  • Ability to arrange and manager labor on site.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any potential issues with MEP systems, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.

  • Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings and specifications, to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Valid UAE Driving License.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in MEP supervision or project management, demonstrating a proven track record in the field.

  • Experience in large-scale construction projects within the commercial or industrial sectors, highlighting relevant expertise.
