Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of MEP systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Develop and implement project schedules and resource allocation plans, ensuring timely completion of MEP tasks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues promptly to maintain project timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within overall project frameworks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in MEP supervision, showcasing a proven track record in managing complex projects.
- Certifications such as LEED, PMP, or equivalent highlight commitment to industry standards and project management excellence.
- Experience in construction or engineering firms specializing in MEP systems, ensuring familiarity with industry practices.
