Job Position MEP Specialist

Hard Facilities Management
To oversee and manage all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing operations across multiple sites. The role ensures smooth FM operations, strong technical supervision and full compliance with UAE regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day work of the FM service provider s MEP team
Monitor PPM and reactive maintenance activities
Conduct routine site inspections and ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs and KPIs
Support new site handovers, snagging, de-snagging and documentation reviews
Supervise maintenance of HVAC, pumps, electrical panels, BMS, plumbing and fire systems
Review CAFM entries, performance reports and maintenance quality
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and consultants
Ensure adherence to safety standards, ADCD and regulatory requirements
Prepare technical reports, inspection findings and performance summaries

Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Building Services Engineering
5 to 8 years of MEP supervision experience within FM
Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and statutory requirements
Experience with CAFM systems and performance reporting
Solid understanding of asset life-cycle, energy efficiency and sustainable FM practices
Ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate with stakeholders
