Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Review and understand MEP drawings and specifications

- Supervise the site work and the MEP team, ensuring compliance with drawings, standards and specifications.

- Ensure proper execution of MEP works (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Low Current Systems, etc.).

- Coordinate with all project teams to ensure smooth progress

- Attend site meetings with project managers, consultants, and contractors.

- Ensure proper project documentation

Qualifications:

- Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English, knowledge in Arabic language is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years or more experience in MEP contracting projects, including UAE experience.

- Immediate joiners are preferred

- Experienced in residential and commercial construction building projects

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficient in computer applications, including AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.

- To be able to review all drawings related to construction projects.

- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
