Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of MEP projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designs.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project milestones and deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, with a strong foundation in MEP systems.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in MEP project management within the construction industry.
  • Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent is highly preferred to demonstrate project management expertise.
  • Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial projects, showcasing capability in complex MEP systems integration.
