Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and monitor the installation procedure of the machines on the site and insure their efficiency.

  • Coordinate with all trades to ensure proper installation of equipment & monitor project updates.
  • Read with strong recognition of project technical documents e.g. Shop drawings, Material approval and consultant instructions to ensure that site installation of MEP work are made in conjunction to the project technical requirement.
  • Monitor the installation of equipment, pipe networks, ductwork, and air outlets to assure the installation quality per the project s approved shop drawings.
  • Approve the subcontractor installations and prepare take-off to confirm the subcontractor bill release.
  • Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates, and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required.
  • Prepare as built drawing & collect closing document ( MA- Catalogues Guarantee- etc.).
  • Coordinate with the technical office team to follow the project contract value and to highlight any scope deviation to record the variation orders for the knowledge of the project stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • 3 Years of experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office -AutoCAD
  • past experience in a construction project of administrative buildings, Retails, plant rooms and residential units were delivered finished and unfinished.
  • Good Command of the English language
