Key Responsibilities:

Develop, monitor, and control detailed MEP project schedules
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of MEP works
Track project progress and update schedules accordingly
Identify potential delays and develop mitigation plans
Ensure adherence to project deadlines and milestones
Review and analyze project schedules and reports
Facilitate planning meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders
Support procurement and resource planning activities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP project planning, preferably in large building projects
Proven experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar planning software
Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing
Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
Previous UAE experience in similar industry is highly recommended
