Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for large-scale construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within project frameworks.
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and material submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise on-site MEP activities to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems during all project phases, from planning to execution.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and cost estimates.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of MEP components.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures for all MEP works.
- Support project managers in resource planning, risk assessment, and budget management for MEP-related tasks.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to enhance project outcomes.
