MEP ENGINEER

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MEP ENGINEER to manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and expertise with modern engineering tools and software.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and material submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless project integration.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work progress, safety, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational issues on-site.
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and progress documentation.
• Ensure adherence to local codes, standards, and sustainability requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to select suitable materials and equipment.

Required Skills & Software Knowledge

• Strong expertise in HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and electrical systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, HAP, DIALux, and MS Office.
• Understanding of ASHRAE, NFPA, and local building codes.
• Ability to manage MEP coordination and clash detection in BIM environments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with project planning tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP design, supervision, or project execution.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
