Roles & Responsibilities


  • Supervise, coordinate, and execute Mechanical works including Plumbing, Drainage, HVAC, Firefighting, and LPG systems.
  • Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements and authority regulations.
  • Prepare material requests, monitor deliveries, and ensure proper resource allocation (manpower, materials, equipment).
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and progress as per project plan.
  • Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and other trades to resolve site issues and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in testing, commissioning, and final handover of MEP systems, ensuring snag-free completion.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, method statements, and inspection requests (IRs).
  • Ensure all works comply with HSE standards and company quality procedures.
  • Support in preparation of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and project close-out documents.
  • Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in MEP contracting (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical systems (Plumbing, HVAC, Firefighting, LPG).
  • Familiar with UAE authority approval procedures (Civil Defense, Municipality, FEWA, etc.).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple site tasks independently.
  • UAE Driving License preferred.
  • Managing MEP works including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting.
  • Leading fit-out and maintenance projects for residential and commercial buildings.
  • Assigning tasks to site supervisors and tracking daily progress.
  • Handling technical and commercial tender submissions.
  • Coordinating material selection and procurement.
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Attending client and consultant meetings to resolve technical issues.
  • Conducting and documenting PPM for all mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Preparing AutoCAD shop drawings and submitting for approvals.
  • Maintaining ERP records and monitoring project costs.
  • Ensuring compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards.
  • Design and develop mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet industry standards and function efficiently under specified conditions.
  • Conduct simulations and analyses using CAD software to predict product performance and identify potential design flaws before prototyping.
  • Lead projects from concept through production, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
  • Evaluate and select materials for projects by assessing their mechanical properties, cost, and availability, while considering environmental impact.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes, ensuring products are tested and certified according to regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize advanced manufacturing techniques, including additive manufacturing and CNC machining, to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues in existing products and systems, providing immediate solutions and long-term improvements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and user manuals, that clearly communicate design intent and operational guidelines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, actively participating in professional development to enhance engineering knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
