Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced MEP Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various interior projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop MEP design solutions that meet project requirements and specifications.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, schematics, and specifications for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, using AutoCAD, and other design software.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather data and information necessary for MEP design.
  • Perform load calculations, sizing, and layout of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise and support to project teams throughout the design and execution phases.
  • Stay informed about advancements in MEP technology, trends, and best practices, and incorporate innovative solutions into design projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an interior fit-out company.
Proficient in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, Vray, 3DS Max, Photoshop, Corona Rendering, and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of architectural principles and design trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Proven experience in residential, retail, and commercial projects.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and technical skills.
