Key Responsibilities
Review and coordinate MEP shop drawings and technical submittals with architectural and structural teams.
Identify and resolve MEP design conflicts through coordination meetings and BIM models.
Supervise MEP installations at the site to ensure compliance with design, schedule, and quality requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for technical and project-related matters.
Prepare and maintain MEP documentation including drawings, inspection reports, and as-built records.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project/Construction Manager.
Ensure that all MEP works comply with local codes, safety standards, and client requirements.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
3 5 years of experience in MEP coordination in building or infrastructure projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and other coordination tools.
Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
