We are seeking an experienced and organized MEP Coordinator to oversee and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works in our projects. The role involves ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, and smooth coordination between different trades for successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all MEP activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Liaise between MEP contractors, consultants, and the project management team to resolve design and execution issues.
• Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment required for MEP works.
• Monitor installation works for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Conduct inspections and testing of MEP systems to ensure functionality and compliance.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting issues and proposing solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP coordination within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with relevant safety protocols and regulations.
