Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide medical information to healthcare professionals and maintain a professional relationship with them to promote products and their proper use while respecting ethics.
  • Ensure the promotion and sale of pharmaceutical products (food supplements) to pharmacies and sign order forms.
  • Carry out information, promotion and advice interviews with health professionals.
  • Answer questions from healthcare professionals about one or more products and services (characteristics, contraindications, differential benefits).
  • Answer questions from its various contacts on the tolerance, efficacy and dosage of its products and inform them about new studies or indications.
  • Develop relationships with different health professionals in a sector.
  • Manage visits as part of an action plan and teamwork.
  • Sell the products in the range by establishing an order form at the pharmacy level.
  • develop order tracking.
  • Achieve and optimize turnover within the framework of the objectives set by the sales department.
  • Collect, analyze and transmit requests and information relating to pharmacovigilance.
  • Participate in the organization and facilitation of professional communication activities (professional meetings, continuing medical training, university, conferences) led by the Commercial Operations Department.
  • Collect and process product information, from documentation and possible training sessions, to prepare visits and communication actions.
  • Ensure competitive monitoring and reporting of information to your hierarchy.
  • Write periodic reports on his activity.
  • Propose and/or develop the sectoral action plan based on national and regional objectives.
  • Analyze the results and implement corrective and development actions.
  • Continuously update and develop knowledge of medical and scientific products, drug legislation and the health system, as well as marketing knowledge.
  • Implement and adapt the commercial and marketing strategy predefined by the company.
  • Apply and deploy all documents relating to its activity.
  • Have and provide all documents and information concerning its activity.
  • Take charge of any other task within his/her area of expertise that may be assigned to him/her by management.
  • Basic training: Pharmacist, doctor, dentist, veterinarian and biologist.
  • Professional training: Concepts in marketing and sales force.
