Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales and Revenue: Promote and sell medical products or services to healthcare providers, achieving sales targets and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth understanding of medical products, terminology, and the healthcare industry to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and usage.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Science, Pharmacy or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in medical consumables/supplies.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, products, and the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
