Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell medical devices to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for medical staff to highlight product features and benefits.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market reach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and promote products.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to medical device sales.
