Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Pescado Pharmaceuticals Company s products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Organize and conduct product presentations, workshops, and educational seminars for healthcare providers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer needs to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in the promotion and sale of pharmaceutical products.
  • Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to support product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance product knowledge and professional relationships.
  • Continuously update knowledge of company products, industry developments, and best practices in pharmaceutical sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary , Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 0 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related medical field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage a field-based role.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication tools.
  • Valid driver s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing market conditions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
