Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily visits to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in Abu Dhabi (AUH) to promote pharmaceutical products, focusing on key opinion leaders and target specialists.
  • Effectively communicate product information, clinical data, and key selling messages, ensuring accuracy and adherence to ethical guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs through regular follow-up, addressing their needs, and providing relevant support.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, including product presentations, scientific meetings, and educational events within AUH.
  • Achieve sales targets and market share objectives within the assigned territory, monitoring performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities in AUH to identify opportunities and develop effective strategies.
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of HCPs, updating contact information and tracking interactions.
  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  • Adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with local regulations in AUH.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, medical, and sales, to ensure effective product promotion and support.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Science, or a related field.
  • Holds a valid UAE driving license and is willing to travel within Abu Dhabi.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the UAE pharmaceutical industry.
  • Exhibits a proven track record of successfully promoting pharmaceutical products to HCPs in Abu Dhabi.
  • Possesses strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, including key competitors and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Is fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Exhibits strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve targets.
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Possesses the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
