Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Medical Insurance Coordinator

  • Handle insurance pre-approvals and claims submissions (MDS).
  • Ensure compliance with QLM insurance protocols and guidelines.
  • Manage denials and resolve issues promptly.
  • Apply knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, NCCI edits, coding guidelines, and MOPH codes.
  • Prepare and verify accurate supporting documents for claims.
  • Submit claims using the new MOPH IDS template and format.
  • Work on RCM modules and conduct claims audits.
  • (Preferred) Experience in Orthopedic claims submission.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in insurance pre-approvals, claims submissions, and denial management.
  • Hands-on experience with QLM insurance protocols and MOPH guidelines.
  • Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT codes, NCCI edits, coding rules, and MOPH mandated codes.
  • Familiarity with RCM modules, claims audit processes, and the MOPH IDS template.
  • (Preferred) Experience handling Orthopedic claims.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent documentation and compliance skills.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (mandatory)
