Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Position Title: Medical Representative
- Area Coverage: Entire Mumbai region
- Work Schedule: Day Shift
- Work Setup: In the first 2-3 months, reporting is office-based. After that, field reporting will take place.
- Products to Sell: Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM), Holter monitors, Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM), ECG, Sleep Study services, and other related medical devices
We are seeking passionate and driven Medical Representatives to join our team in promoting innovative preventive healthcare solutions. This role involves building strong relationships with diabetologists, cardiologists, physicians, and hospitals, while driving sales of newly launched products, cardio diagnostic services, and medical devices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving sales of diabetes management products and cardio diagnostic devices
- Conducting product demos and training for healthcare professionals
- Providing excellent after-sales support
- Gathering market insights and competitor analysis
- Maintaining records and reporting performance
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, B Sc., or M Sc.
- 1–3 years of experience in medical device sales, diagnostic services, or healthcare product sales
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and fieldwork.
