Roles & Responsibilities

Missions

Prospecting for new customers and canvassing existing customers

Negotiation and conclusion of contracts

Plan campaign activities: Visit, Roundtable, EPU, RV

Present the products to members of the medical staff while respecting the stages of the visit and according to the visit plan

Analyze the need and actively listen to these customers

Promote the products it presents to health professionals with a view to prescribing them

Participate in Marketing events

Lead marketing activities (professional meetings, focus groups, round tables, dinners of conviction, conferences)

Establish smart prescription commitments with doctors according to the hierarchy's guidelines

Update and clean up the customer portfolio

Qualify customer potential and product potential

Enter customer information into the CRM

Evolve customer adoption levels (physician-product affinity)

Target and segment your customer portfolio

Carrying out marketing actions according to the required action plan

Train pharmacy salespeople on products to encourage advice according to the visit plan

Create a report of activities on CRM after each visit

Ensure CRM data synchronization

Write reports of activities carried out

Ensure regular competitive monitoring

Report results and areas for improvement to the hierarchy

Ensure coordination and transmission of information with other teams operating in the field

Maintaining Professional Relationships with Healthcare Professionals

Desired profile

BAC +4/+5 Minimum in a scientific field Biologist, pharmacist, doctor, veterinarian and dentist

Minimum 2 years in a similar position
