• Act as a friendly and approachable point of contact for patients and their families, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and providing emotional support.
• Provide clear and accurate information about hospital policies, procedures, and available services to patients and their families, ensuring they are well-informed throughout their stay.
• Mediate and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise between patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Assist patients and families in navigating the healthcare facility, guiding them to various departments, appointments, and amenities.
• Gather feedback from patients and their families regarding their experiences to facilitate continuous improvement in patient care.
• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.
• You have working knowledge of phlebotomist, venipuncture and blood
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
