Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive media sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify, prospect, and build strong relationships with new and existing clients in the marketing and advertising sector.
Consult with clients to understand their business objectives and recommend tailored media solutions that drive results.
Negotiate and close advertising deals across multiple media platforms, ensuring optimal value for both clients and the agency.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver compelling media proposals and presentations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Provide ongoing account management, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation for management review.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to maximize client value.Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Media Sales Consultants to meet and exceed sales target
Media Sales Consultant:
Engage with marketing teams at client companies to pitch advertising solutions
Schedule meetings, present campaign ideas, close deals, and meet targets
Collaborate with our Buying Department to match client needs with available media inventory
Focus on OOH branding opportunities including billboards, digital screens, and more
Maintain strong client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
Media Sales Manager:
Set clear goals, monitor pipelines, and ensure consistent team performance
Build and maintain relationships with key client marketing teams
Collaborate with the Buying Department to align media inventory with client needs
Develop and refine sales strategies for OOH campaigns including billboards, digital screens, and branded activations
Report on sales performance and contribute to commercial planning
Desired Candidate Profile
Media Sales Consultant:
- 3 4 years of experience in media sales, advertising, or client-facing roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with OOH media is a strong advantage
- Confidence, charisma, and a passion for helping brands stand out
Media Sales Manager:
- 5+ years of experience in media sales, advertising, or commercial leadership
- Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving revenue goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Deep understanding of OOH media and campaign execution
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate client needs into impactful solutions
