Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize media buying strategies across various digital and traditional channels to achieve campaign objectives.
- Negotiate and purchase advertising space and time from media vendors to ensure cost-effective placements.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to align media strategies with overall business goals.
- Monitor market trends, audience behaviors, and competitor activities to inform media planning decisions.
- Manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure campaigns remain within allocated resources.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, reach, and effectiveness for internal stakeholders.
- Test and evaluate new media channels, platforms, and technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and negotiate favorable terms and added value.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, brand guidelines, and legal requirements in all media activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in media buying, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing multi-channel media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience working with media planning and buying tools/platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic buying.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative team environment.
