Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Create media plans, budgets, and forecasting to achieve the highest ROI.
  • Manage A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Coordinate with the content team to create effective ad copies and visuals.
  • Use SEO principles to enhance campaign quality scores and landing page performance.
  • Analyze reports and prepare performance dashboards for management.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 2 years of experience as a Media Buyer.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics.
  • Good understanding of SEO practices and how they support paid campaigns.
  • Experience in content creation (copywriting, basic design ideas, and storytelling).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Creativity in developing new campaign concepts.
